Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Return

 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Items returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.

• Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. socks, underwear, opened sealed items) cannot be returned once unsealed.

 

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, email us at info@clanrunning.club with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days.
